Davis and Towle Insurance, a top-rated independent insurance brokerage in NH, has again teamed up with Central Insurance, a leading insurance provider of personal and commercial insurance, to make a $4,800 holiday donation to the local non-profit, The Friendly Kitchen in Concord, NH. With this donation, both organizations show their gratitude to the work that is done by The Friendly Kitchen.

The Friendly Kitchen has been open since 1980 and has long been a staple to the Concord community serving those who are impacted by food insecurity, having served the community for over 40 years. They provide access to warm, home-cooked meals in a “warm and caring non-discriminating environment”. They offer breakfast Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday and dinner is served daily.
Being Concord’s only soup kitchen, The Friendly Kitchen is always accepting donations, whether that is in the form of food or monetary donations. In the colder months, donations of hats, scarves and gloves are welcome. They are open five days a week.
